I personally love melatonin it usually takes hours for me to fall asleep at night I took one of these about 20 minutes before bed and I was asleep in about 30. The taste isn't the best but definitely worth it to help you fall asleep. They are only 3mg tablets so it doesn't take much for me to fall asleep. I recommend to anyone who has insomnia like me. Instead of waiting 4-5hrs to fall asleep when I take one of these it takes about 30minutes so it's a great product overall.

These sweet and tangy ropes taste so delicious, my kids loved them they aren't waxy or hard to chew. 1 rope = 45 calories and they're made in the USA. They were formerly known as kazoozles. I definitely recommend. They're so tasty.
